We want to help you take the next step in your career. To do this, we share and sell lists of student contact information (like your name, email, and phone number) to carefully chosen third-party agencies. We share your details with:

• Universities and Medical Colleges: So they can contact you about admissions, courses, and opportunities.
• Educational Publishers and Bookstores: So they can offer you preparation books and study guides.

• You may view, read, and practice with these materials directly on our beautifully designed platform.
• Downloading, printing, distributing, taking screenshots, or selling our content on Telegram, WhatsApp, or any other platform is strictly forbidden and illegal.

3. Academic Excellence, Quick Learning & Disclaimers

• Any attempt to cheat, use multiple accounts, refresh the browser to rig the timer, or use unfair means during a Live Arena will result in immediate disqualification.
• Cheating may also result in a permanent ban of your Jada Academy account.

6. Prize Distribution & Verification

Winning a Live Arena is a huge achievement! All prizes, ranks, and rewards are awarded at Jada Academy's sole discretion.

• To keep our platform safe from bots, we reserve the right to verify a student's identity (such as asking for a valid school ID or Aadhaar card) before handing out cash prizes or rewards.

7. Protecting Our Community (Account Bans)

We are building a positive, highly motivated community of future IITians. Jada Academy reserves the right to suspend or instantly delete any account without a refund if a user:

At Jada Academy, we strive to provide the highest quality study materials, mock tests, and competitive arenas. Because our platform delivers premium digital goods instantly, our refund and cancellation policy is strictly defined to prevent abuse while ensuring fairness.

1. Cancellations

Once a purchase is made for a specific lesson module, mock test, or Live Arena ticket, the transaction cannot be cancelled. The digital content is instantly tied to your account and made available for consumption.

2. Technical Issues

If you have successfully paid for a module but it fails to unlock due to a technical glitch or network error on our end:

• Please contact our support team within 48 hours of the transaction.
• Our technical team will verify the payment log. Once verified, we will manually unlock the content for your account within 24 hours.
• Refunds will only be issued if our team is entirely unable to grant you access to the purchased material.

3. Duplicate Payments

If your payment gateway accidentally processes the same transaction twice for the exact same lesson or arena pass, we will happily process a 100% refund for the duplicate transaction. You must report this duplicate charge to jadaa@jadaacademy.com within 3 days, providing the transaction IDs.

4. Live NATA Arena Tickets

Live Arenas are time-sensitive competitions. If you purchase a ticket but fail to attend or participate during the live window, your ticket fee is forfeited and will not be refunded. However, if the Live Arena is cancelled or experiences a massive platform-wide crash preventing all students from taking the test, we will automatically refund your entry fee.
