Welcome to NeetJada (neetjada.com). We are a Learning Management System (LMS) dedicated to helping students prepare for the NEET exam. We provide study notes, Points to Remember, Formulas to Remember, Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs), and Mock Tests based on the NCERT books for CBSE Class XI and XII, following the official NTA syllabus.

We care about your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and how you can control your data. We have written this in simple words so you can easily understand your rights.

1. What Information We Collect

When you create an account and fill out your profile on NeetJada, we collect personal information from you. This helps us give you the best study experience. We collect the following details:

• Your Name: To know who you are.
• Your Email ID: To communicate with you and secure your account.
• Your Phone Number (Mobile): To contact you and share updates.
• Your Class or Grade: To show you the right study materials.
• Your City: To understand where our students are coming from.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your personal information to run our website and improve your studies. Specifically, we use it to:

• Create and manage your student account.
• Track your study progress, mock test scores, and completed lessons.
• Unlock premium notes and live arenas when you buy them.
• Send you important updates about the platform.

3. Payment Processing

If you decide to buy premium content, mock tests, or Live Arena passes, you will need to pay online.

• We use Razorpay as our secure payment gateway.
• We do not save your credit card, debit card, or bank details on our servers. All payment data goes directly through Razorpay's highly secure system. We only keep a record of what you purchased so we can unlock your lessons.

4. Third-Party Services We Use

We use a few trusted outside companies to help our website run smoothly:

• Google Firebase: We use this to securely host our website, store your study progress, and let you log in easily using your Google account.
• Google Analytics: We use this to see how many students visit our website and which subjects are the most popular. This does not track you across other websites.

5. Data Sharing and Advertising (Important)

We want to help you take the next step in your career. To do this, we share and sell lists of student contact information (like your name, email, and phone number) to carefully chosen third-party agencies. We share your details with:

• Universities and Medical Colleges: So they can contact you about admissions, courses, and opportunities.
• Educational Publishers and Bookstores: So they can offer you NEET preparation books and study guides.
• EdTech Platforms and Coaching Institutes: So they can offer you extra tutoring or offline classes.
• General Marketing and Telecalling Agencies: Who may call or message you about educational offers.

By checking the "Communication Preferences" box in your profile, you agree to let us share your data with these groups so they can contact you with promotional materials.

6. Your Choices and Opt-Out Rights

You have total control over your data. If you do not want us to share your information with third-party agencies anymore, you can stop it at any time.

• How to Opt-Out: Go to the "My Profile" section on NeetJada. Simply uncheck the "Communication Preferences" box and click Save. We will immediately stop sharing your data in new lists.
• Email Us: You can also email us directly at neetjada@gmail.com and tell us you want to opt out of marketing and data sharing.

7. Liability for Third-Party Actions

We try our best to only work with good, trustworthy educational partners. We ask them to treat your data with respect.

8. Children’s Privacy and Age Restrictions

Our study materials are made for NEET aspirants, many of whom are high school students.

• If you are under 18 years old, you must have the permission of your parent or legal guardian to use NeetJada.
• You must have parental consent to check the marketing box, share your data, or buy premium content.

9. Tracking and Cookies

We use basic cookies to keep you logged into your account and to save your study progress. We do not use external retargeting cookies (like Facebook Pixel). This means if you leave our website, we will not track you or show you NeetJada ads on other websites.

10. Data Security

We take security seriously. We use Google Firebase to protect your passwords and data. While no system is 100% hacker-proof, we use strict digital locks to make sure your personal information is safe from unauthorized access.

At NeetJada, we strive to provide the highest quality study materials, mock tests, and competitive arenas. Because our platform delivers premium digital goods instantly, our refund and cancellation policy is strictly defined to prevent abuse while ensuring fairness.

1. Cancellations

Once a purchase is made for a specific lesson module, mock test, or Live Arena ticket, the transaction cannot be cancelled. The digital content is instantly tied to your account and made available for consumption.

2. Technical Issues

If you have successfully paid for a module but it fails to unlock due to a technical glitch or network error on our end:

• Please contact our support team within 48 hours of the transaction.
• Our technical team will verify the payment log. Once verified, we will manually unlock the content for your account within 24 hours.
• Refunds will only be issued if our team is entirely unable to grant you access to the purchased material.

3. Duplicate Payments

If your payment gateway accidentally processes the same transaction twice for the exact same lesson or arena pass, we will happily process a 100% refund for the duplicate transaction. You must report this duplicate charge to neetjada@gmail.com within 3 days, providing the transaction IDs.

4. Live NEET Arena Tickets

Live Arenas are time-sensitive competitions. If you purchase a ticket but fail to attend or participate during the live window, your ticket fee is forfeited and will not be refunded. However, if the Live Arena is cancelled or experiences a massive platform-wide crash preventing all students from taking the test, we will automatically refund your entry fee.
