Cookie Policy
Effective Date: October 4, 2026
At Jada Academy, we believe in a fast, secure, and uninterrupted learning experience. To make our platform work flawlessly, we use small digital files called "cookies." This policy explains what they are, why we use them, and how they benefit your study sessions.
1 What Are Cookies?
Cookies are tiny text files that are saved on your computer, tablet, or smartphone when you visit a website. They act as a memory for the website, allowing it to remember your login status, your preferences, and your progress so you don’t have to re-enter your details every single time you open Jada Academy.
2 The Cookies We Use
We only use cookies that are completely necessary to provide you with a world-class educational platform. We divide these into two simple categories:
Essential Security Cookies
We use Google Firebase to run our database and secure your account. Firebase uses strict, highly secure cookies to keep you logged in. Without these, our platform would forget who you are every time you clicked on a new Mock Test or Subjective Q&A!
Anonymous Analytics Cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand how our platform is performing. These cookies tell us which chapters are the most difficult and which features students use the most. This data is entirely anonymous and helps us create better notes and faster servers.
3 What We DO NOT Use
Unlike many other platforms, we take a strong stance against invasive tracking:
- We do not use invasive ad-tracking cookies.
- We do not use Facebook/Meta Pixels.
- We do not use retargeting cookies to follow you around the internet.
If you leave Jada Academy to browse another website, we are not secretly tracking your web history to show you banner ads.
4 Managing Your Cookies
You have full control over your browser. You can go into your Google Chrome, Safari, or Firefox settings and clear your cookies or block them entirely.
Warning
If you disable essential cookies, the Jada Academy login system will break, and you will not be able to access your premium content, track your XP, or participate in Live Arenas.
